Our shipping process typically takes 3-4 working days for order processing. Our dresses are mostly made to order & we try our best to dispatch them within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery timeline varies for Metro & Non-metro cities. 

We have a 7 day return/ exchange (preferred) option. 
* Pls note- For sizes 4XL & Customized Orders - Returns/Exchanges are not acceptable. We generally call all plus size customers to understand the right fit for them & ship it accordingly. 
*Sarees/Dupattas are not eligible for return/exchanges.
