Refund & Exchange Policy

CraftsandLooms offer return/exchange of apparel products ( Dresses, Kurtas, Pants, Tops, Kurta Set, Coord Sets) ordered within 7 days of delivery of the order. 

Each handmade apparel you order help us to provide living & training of multiple artisans. We request you to buy from us with certainty and return the item if is faulty or not what you ordered

For Exchanges: 
  • We accept exchanges for products within 7 days of delivery.
  • We would request you to ensure that the products should be unworn, not used, not washed and not damaged.  
  • We always do our best to pack your product in the best possible way to avoid any damages and we expect and accept returns only in their original packaging, including all tags, bags, boxes, etc.. 
  • Please note that all orders are eligible for exchange ONE time. 
  • A flat fee of Rs.200 ((Reverse Shipping, Logistics, Handling, Convenience  Service) will be charged for exchanging the product. 

For Returns :
  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
    (Store credits come in the form of Coupons over your email address once the shipment reaches our center)
  • Shipping charges if any are non - refundable.
  • A flat fee of Rs.200 (Reverse Shipping, Logistics, Handling, Convenience  Service) will be deducted from the store credit issued as our outfits are made to order. 
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Kindly Note: Craftsandlooms.com will not be responsible for any damage that happens in transit. 

Damaged / Incorrect item received, don’t worry just do the following;- 

  • Mail us at help@craftsandlooms.com, mention your order no., provide maximum details, share a photograph of the product that is damaged. We request this action within 24 hours of receiving the product.  Post 24 hours we will not be able to process this return.
  • We will contact you within 48 to 72 hours post receiving your mail to initiate the next steps for a replacement of the product. 


Cancellation of an order is not possible if the order is dispatched.
