Incase of returns for Clothing and Footwear products (returns for size issues only) we’ll provide you with replacement only. We would request you to ensure that the products should be unworn, not used, not washed and not damaged. We always do our best to pack your product in the best possible way to avoid any damages and we expect and accept returns only in their original packaging, including all tags, bags, boxes, hangers etc.. We’ll be sorry to send the product back to you incase the return is found to be scratched, grubby or altered with.
If the return is due to a size issue (valid for clothing and footwear only), it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipment.
Products on craftsandlooms.com are considered to be delicate in nature. In rarest case if a product gets lost or gets damaged during shipment then it is not Craftsandlooms.com responsibility. However, we immediately connect with the mapped courier service to track the parcel or instigate a claim for lost products. Still again, we’ll do our best so that the end purchaser doesn't get impacted by this.

In a rare case, If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged/defective product), we will pay off the invoice value as well as the delivery charge you bear to return the parcel. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. Incase of return, the product will be exposed to our quality control checks to ensure that the quality of the product is intact as it was in its original condition. If the product is found to be used, misused or tampered with, no refund is permissible.
Being transparent always helps, we appreciate the fact that you chose the product to buy very carefully and we do not give refund merely because you changed your mind. Product in SALE will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation of a COD order is not possible unless the customer raises the order by mistake, the customer needs to inform us immediately in this case. Once we have a phone confirmation on COD order, the order cannot be cancelled.
